5. Crypto and Protocol Risks

Your use of Stablechain involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Loss of value in crypto assets
Smart contract or protocol vulnerabilities
Volatility of stablecoins and DeFi markets
Failures or downtime of third-party platforms (Aave, Gnosis Safe, blockchain networks)

Stablechain is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party services.

6. Not a Bank / Not FDIC-Insured

Stablechain is not a bank, broker-dealer, or custodian. Digital assets are not FDIC-insured or insured by any government agency.

7. AI Assistance Disclaimer

Some features of the Service may involve AI-generated insights or automation. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should not rely on AI responses for financial decision-making.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Stablechain is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your actions or omissions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Stablechain is not liable for losses related to crypto volatility, protocol failures, smart contract bugs, or user mistakes
Stablechain’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Stablechain (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
